I'm already in politics. Ha ha.
EMO SPRAY!!!
Aaargh, it's REALLY bugging me now. Mrs. Sims told us about Japan one-upping us again and making it possible to read books (in shorthand) on your cellphone. Holy crap. Doesn't that majorly effect (I still don't know the difference between affect and effect. I'M SORRY.) the book industry, and thriving businesses like Barnes & Nobles? A good portion of their customers have cellphones, and if a good portion of THAT good portion decided to access a shorthand version on their Sidekick rather than buy it for $10.99 at their latest book store, the book stores are screwed, because doesn't the money go to the phone companies rather than the publishers? Or even the authors? Or am I just stupid?
That's why William thinks I need to go into politics.
But I'm already in politics.
And I already said that.
Argh. It's just because I understand "Animal Farm" now.
I was right: Snowball represents Trotsky, not Lenin (yeah, Paul). Napoleon represents Stalin, whose secret police (the KGB, or the guard dogs. Whichever you prefer) chased Trotsky into Mexico (where he was later assassinated, but that is not mentioned in the book). Marx (Old Major) had a semi-good idea that unfortunately involved oppression, so the people (animals) overthrew the Czar (Mr. Jones; is "overthrew" even a word?) and tried to create a society where there was pure economic equality (communism, which sucks).
Yeah. I feel enlightened. Russia is awesome.
Which brings the Beatles to mind.
"Back in the USSR, you don't know how lucky you are."
Breaking news? "Rawr. Rawr. Awww. Oh, we're live."

Bratz movie?????
Yeah, what??? I watched it last night. Sooo confusing. And weird. And ridiculous. Yeah.
I love how NOT stereotyped it was, though. I mean, the black girl was athletic, popular, and she could dance. White girl is super popular, Asian girl is really smart, and the Hispanic Jewish girl (don't actually know if this is true, but I do know I read something about her being also Jewish when the movie came out, though I can find no evidence of it now :P), since she seems to be representing two minorities, doesn't fit in anywhere. ???? Couldn't she hang out with the loners? It's really hard to believe that in the space of TWO YEARS she has absolutely no friends. And it's also hard to believe that she even remembers the name of a deaf guy she ran into in the halls two years ago.
"He does NOT like me. He never looks me in the eye or talks to me...." Yeah, maybe because you made fun of his disability.
Okay, and Dylan?? That kid is so not deaf. I mean, deaf people usually talk a little louder and it's sometimes hard to understand them. Dylan always talked really quiet and could speak perfectly clearly. I think I can understand the lipreading thing, though. I didn't know anyone could read lips that fast. That's so cool.
Aaargh, Yasmin just got on my nerves. She's really clingy and needy. I bet she didn't make friends because she was convinced her old friends would come running back.
More on Dylan: there were several times when he would react to someone like he'd HEARD them. Like, he's playing piano, and the music teacher starts clapping, and he looks up. I thought you couldn't HEAR.
Omg, it was really mean, but when Sasha and Cloe were fighting, Sasha was all, "You're just jealous because you don't have a dad OR a bank account!" :O That was really mean, but it was also a really good comeback. Like REALLY good.
Not understanding Jade. I mean, geeky clothes are pretty in right now. Those outfits would be considered really cute.
Sasha's parents???? Yeah, wth, they get BACK TOGETHER in the end?? And Sasha's always like, "Just talk to each other," but saying it all disrespectfully. If she ever said that to me, I'd slap her.
Ew, that Cameron guy? Meredith's boyfriend? What does Cloe see in him? Because he might like Cloe and all, and be a "nice guy", and yet he never breaks up with Meredith. He's always like, "Geez, Meredith, you're so cruel," and flirts with Cloe, but then by the next scene he's still with Meredith. HAVE YOU NO SPINE? BREAK UP WITH HER IF YOU HATE HER SO MUCH!! I bet it's because she's easy.
I love Meredith's dog. Soooo cute.
EW EW EW EW EW EW EW EW EW EW EW EW EW EW EW EW EW EW YASMIN'S YOUNGER BROTHER!!! He grosses me out SOOOOOOO much. WHY WAS HE HITTING ON AN 11-YEAR-OLD GIRL?? Soo nasty. I forgot his name. It was probably like Javier or Fabio or something like that. And WHAAAAT, they don't end up together in the end??? What was the point of his being a creepy horny boy WITH AN 11-YEAR-OLD GIRL, if nothing happens???? I think my favorite part was when she walked away from him at the party and his eyes were full of anger/shock/pain.
I'm loving Jade's boyfriend. He was so adorable, except for the karate. "Jade, come check out this radical theorem."
I like how football players were played as stupid, and the only way they will understand math is if Jade substitutes field goals and touchdowns for x and y. "We could make a science experiment without the Bunsen burner. What do you say?" Yeah, that's a really hot pickup line. XP
OMG, someone said of this movie, "This is why the terrorists hate us." LOL!!!!
10 minute long song??? Lame. But I really want the soundtrack for Meredith's song. I love how Meredith was like the poor man's Sharpay. Such a blatant ripoff.
Yeah. It was dumb. In other words, I really loved it, lol.
Yay, I'm making a "2007" playlist showcasing all the crappy things that happened this year. Sure, there were some good things, but it didn't exactly start off too stellar. I'm trying to find a song about death, though, and the only one's I can find are "Zero" and "Hello". "Hello" is a about a little girl", and my dog didn't exactly commit suicide, like in "Zero".
Man, so much homework.

Trans...what an interesting root word.
We had that discussion yesterday in Pre-AP. It was a little dumb because Mrs. Sims gave the whole lecture on "be more tolerant of other people's lives" (only she referred to a hermaphrodite rather than a transvestite, which is what we were laughing about), but it was a little bit humbling. I mean, on SYATP day, too.
Pretty much.
Eh. So Metallica and I had sort of a falling out. Well, not really, as I still listen to them, but I wasn't aware of the language in "Damage, Inc.". I didn't like that song anyways. But, even though "Leper Messiah" is about televangelists, it makes me uncomfortable because Metallica seems anti-war and anti-Christianity, it seems, so it could have a meaning other than that. Also, "Master of Puppets" is probably the best song they ever did, but I started thinking about the lyrics and I dwelled on it for a long time, and though they say it's about the government, why'd you have to mention a Passion Play? And since they also have songs called "Holier Than Thou" and "The God That Failed", it makes it seem a little anti-God. I put the Black Album on my ipod, tho, and I haven't found anything bad on that one. Only I didn't put "The God That Failed" on there. The premise is pretty sad, tho. Wikipedia it.
Yeah. I guess I didn't have to tell you all that.
I feel like listening to Nirvana. If only they didn't suck. I hate to say that I like the song "Heart-Shaped Box". Don't tell William.
I hate math. Just when I start to understand things, they throw something else at me. Aaagh. We had a quiz today. I did okay, but there was one question that when I checked it it was 60 off. Oh well. Don't care.
Hm. What is my karaoke theme song?
I love Thursdays. And we have a 3 day weekend. BAM.
AAAAAAAAARGH worst book ever: "Mismatch" by Lensey Namioka. The plot wasn't too bad: Chinese-American girl and Japanese-American boy try to date without their traditional parents freaking out. But Lensey Namioka is a HORRIBLE writer. The book is 217 pages. Within 100 pages, Sue and Andy's families are crazy about each other, and the rest is about a trip to Tokyo. It was just a stupid mess of heavy messages against racism, while stereotyping the Japanese people and country. Dialogue was awkward, characters were shallow. AAAARGH! It just made me mad that I wasted my time reading it. Sorry. But I just finished it and it was disappointing.
Ew. "Cherry Pie" is like my least favorite song of all time. William plays it on "Guitar Hero" all the time.
Heeee I made brownies. Only there was a recipe for Cookie Dough Brownies, so I made this topping that tastes like chocolate chip cookie batter to go on top and it's pretty delicious. Only the edges are crunchy. Don't ask me why.
Pizza is great. Everyone should go out and have some.
If I were trapped in a room full of Twinkies and chocolate donuts, I WOULD NOT SURVIVE.
Pretty much.

![]() You believe the best things in life are mostly forgotten, and you're definitely more than a little nostalgic . You're likely to still like the same foods, fashions, and music as you did when you were a teenager. You have a knack for knowing what elements of pop culture people have missed, without them even realizing it. It's great to remember the past, but don't forget that not everyone is as stuck in it as you are. You might also sing: "Pour Some Sugar on Me," "Rapper's Delight," and "Cherry Pie" Stay away from people who sing: "Toxic" |

You're all ridiculous
I'm trying not to put myself in a bad mood by imagining things that have not yet happened. Sort of like Anakin. Only I'm wearing a shirt.
Let's see. I finally got "Maximum Ride: School's Out --- Forever" from the library. However, I'd put a hold on it in JUNE and it was IN THE SHELVES? Wth???
Argh. I am ballin' at Corrals. No, not helping.
I'm finally going somewhere on my writing project. Sure. But I don't want to write it yet.
It's not working. I'm just really mad and I'm going to express it in a very immature, 14-year-old way.
I don't know what happened, or what exactly is going on, but this is freaking ridiculous. And I'm probably jumping to conclusions, which will lead to a big misunderstanding, and will make my life much more horrible than it already is.
But really? Grow some balls, everybody. Or some backbone.
I'm just mad at the world. And confused. And tired. And I do not want to go to school tomorrow because my teacher thinks I'm in the KKK probably.
Although I just finished my science homework and discovered that I do not suck at math.
That should count for something.
Viva la immature fourteen-year-olds.

Racial stereotypes...even more prevalent than white people
So not everybody knows their whole geneaolgy, but I am apparently a smorgasbord of northern European; German, Swedish, Norwegian, Welsh, English, etc. Oh, and 1/16 Cherokee Indian. I don't know, I was pretty proud of being white (not to the point of white supremacy, or bigotry), but now I'm a little happy that I'm not 100% white meat. I don't know exactly why, probably some stupid reason, but maybe because I really dislike Germany and Sweden, and being somewhat Cherokee opens up the possibility that I have some dancing talent. But apparently being Scandinavian smothers that possibility. I don't really get why I didn't end up blonde and blue eyed. My dad has some unknown stuff going on in his genes, so I might be part black??? That would be cool. :) James Earl Jones IS my real father. Or grandfather. I highly doubt it, though, because in past generations my family members have been really prejudiced.
William gave me some White Rabbits. So now I'm going through withdrawal. I had some 10 minutes ago, but that doesn't matter.
I think my fingers got thinner. This mood ring doesn't fit no more.
Harry Potter T-shirts at Hot Topic. Yeaaaaaah.

A very long post
I think that title pretty much says it all, since I want to blab incessantly about the wonderous things that have happened over the last three or four days and THE NEW J-14!!!
Lol. This issue is making me laugh.
Zac Efron: I like my women like I like my peanut butter - CHUNKY!!!!!"
Does that not strike you as creepy? I started rolling on the couch when I read that.
And why is he saying this? Because he keeps making a big deal about Nikki Blonsky when he's dating Vanessa Anne Hudgens... Maybe he only dates girls that he just made a movie with.
So he and Vanessa should be safe since HSM 2 is coming out soon.
Man, stupid blogthings only has 4 good quizzes.
Right. I don't wear sandals.
Alos, it appears Nick Jonas has beaten both of his brothers in terms of popularity. HA! Take that, Kevin! Fake emoness won't get you ANYWHERE! Nice try, Joe! Maybe if...actually, I don't know what's wrong with Joe. I just think he exudes unmanliness.
That's not exactly true. Sexual orientation is a tricky topic for me.
CAMP WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!! The food was great. And we had cake for breakfast this morning. It was pretty SWEET. Well, cake and sausage patties. From the sack lunch I got, I only ate the cookie and the carrots. So my grandparents took me out for dinner. And now I have the house (and two microwave pizzas) all to myself. This doesn't seem right.
Campwise, I was on team Compassion, which was weird because I'm not the most compassionate person in the world. This coming from a Christian, I know. Maybe that was the point. To work on your worst trait.
But it was a pretty sweet group. We came up with some cool skits. Except for the second night. That skit, sorry guys, really sucked.
So now I actually have ideas for the coming school year, I hope I'm not a pushover president (I HATE BEING A PLEASER), and that the ASB will actually listen to me.
That's quite accurate, I think. Except for the chill person thing.
If chill means emotionally shut down.
Wth???? This is so mean!
Um, that's it. That wasn't actually very long. See y'all later.

| You Are Not Prejudiced |
![]() Not only are you color blind, but you're also ethnicity blind, gender blind, and sexual orientation blind. You don't judge someone until you truly know them. And even then, you're probably reluctant to judge. You try to treat everyone equally. Everyone has a fair chance with you. Good job - there's not a prejudiced bone in your body. |

| What Your Pizza Reveals |
![]() Your appetite is pretty average. You don't go overboard - but you don't deprive yourself either. [Er, right.] You consider pizza to be bread... very good bread. You fit in best in the Midwest part of the US. [Yes about the bread part, no about the Midwest. That worked for my dad, but I like living with civilization, thanks. SEE, that was a prejudiced statement.] You like food that's traditional and well crafted. You aren't impressed with "gourmet" foods. [Very true. The Pink Door in Seattle sucks.] You are generous, outgoing, and considerate with your choices. [??] You are unadventurous and boring. You should consider staying home when taking a vacation. [HEY! I am too adventerous!] The stereotype that best fits you is geek. You're the type most likely to order pizza to avoid leaving your computer. [I hate that this is TRUE!!] |

Mr. Magoriums Magic Emporium
I just discovered I'm a really horrible person.
Blah.
So basically I don't deserve to live. But neither does Elijah Woods.
I tried to Avada Kedavra myself, but I forgot that I don't have a wand anymore.
So there goes that.
I wonder if anyone actually believes I'm going to commit suicide.
Because, hello, I've voiced my opinions on the stupidity of suicide A LOT in the past two years.
And anyone who is suicidal, I feel bad but it also really p***es me off because there was one time when I thought someone I really cared about was going to kill themself so I tried to call them and stop them and I cried for like a day and it turns out it was about something really stupid and I didn't think they deserved to live.
See, there I go again. More of my horribleness.
I wonder if I would be coming to this conclusion under different circumstances. Hm. Maybe I should review at another part of the month...
Like in...a week.
Nah.
Not only am I horrible, but I'm so out of the loop.
So emo.
I should go read some Louise Rennison to cheer me up.
*GASP* CHANGING PROFILE YAY!

Figures...
Figures that I should be having a really good day, when I really shouldn't be, and something has to ruin it. Okay, so my day isn't "ruined", for fear of being overdramatic, but William keeps singing and NOT reading body language and my parents are switching our beds and they keep asking me questions and asking me to make decisions and it's like, "I DON'T FREAKING CARE, LEAVE ME ALONE!!!"
WHAAAAAAT? Mysticlegend11 has had 3 more parts of "Bonds that Bind" out and I DIDN'T KNOW! Curses.
GAH.
So yeah.
I FOUND THE JAKE AND WHITNEY STORY I WROTE IN SEVENTH GRADE! I'd SO FORGOTTEN ABOUT THAT!!! And it was based off A CELLPHONE COMMERCIAL FROM LIKE 5 YEARS AGO! And I love the way I'd written it so it's purposefully ridiculous. I'm totally posting it.
Some parts of this story are totally out of place.
CARPETS???? LOLLIPOPS???? And doctor's are into time of death and crap?
Omg. This is so dumb.
I saw "Hairspray". It was pretty good, and I liked the music, and Nicki Blonski is AMAZING, but it was kind of preachy and predictable.
And the last scene was sort of ridiculous.
Lol, this is slightly amusing.
"You...will...pay...."
Even better. "I swear that thing just jabbered at me!"
Mysticlegend11, WHAT HAS HAPPENED?
I wonder what happened to my other story...
My dad said Mop Tarts. Hehehe.

Unfortunately, I feel great.
How come I had sucky dreams last night and really good dreams the night before? I mean, last night, all I dreamed about was seeing various people from school at the library and I got a J. K. Rowling book called "The Ticking Time Bomb", which I found very ironic.
But the night before was cool. Only weird thing was the all white ghetto??? Man, even my dreams are racist. I'm going to get sent to racist prison, even though I'm not. I just happen to like being white, but not like I'm all for killing "the blacks, fags, etc." Yeah, KKK equals ridiculous.
But yeah. There was a pretty sweet school. It was like an airport. Yeaah. How come whenever I dream about school I wake up crying because it's so much cooler than my own. And I saw Mr. Johnson and he screamed and ran away so I chased him down the elevator (ELEVATOR!) and yeah.
The last part would've made the fuzzies happy. Heck, it made me happy. No, it was not pornographic in any way, shape, or form.
School was boring. I finished the second unit but I didn't want to take a test so I had to read about stupid salmon fishing for like 20 minutes. WHO EVEN CARES? When I signed out, I almost put 10:17 PM just to see what would happen. It would mean I would never have to go to school again, but school ends at 1:00, so I doubt they would believe I'd been there for 13+ hours.
I just realized I've never heard "A Little Less Sixteen Candles, A Little More 'Touch Me'" and I've been calling "Get Busy Living..." that (and "XO" "Get Busy Living...") for quite a while. So dumb. But the "A Little Less Sixteen Candles..." video was weird. How come Joe and Patrick never speak???
AAAAAA WIZARD ANGST! I'm tired of trying to watch stupid "Harry Potter American Idol". I'll just watch THIS. "No tomfoolery today, Ron!"
I read a really gross book yesterday. It made me feel unclean after I finished it. And it turns out that someone isn't real?? Sort of a copout. "The Basic Eight". They said it was "funny", but it was just gross.
"Why must you hurt me in this way, Harry?"
Dang, it did that thing where it just stops at a certain point and refuses to go on.
How come the vampire vid loaded so FAST. Anger.

As we know, whites are all horrible. VIVE LA DIFFERENCE!
Yeah. I finished the stupid chapter on multiculturalism. It was hard. And now I'm doing stupid chapter 16 and ALL THE ANSWERS I NEEDED IN CHAPTER 15 AND HAD TO MAKE UP ARE IN THIS CHAPTER!!! Why? Why can't they put the right answers in the chapter I'm doing? So I sort of stopped... I mean, I know it's bad that I skipped school, but my mom was cool with it...
Okay, this is weird...but I'll write down my answers anyways...
1. Put the five following animals in order of preference: Cow, tiger, sheep, horse, pig.
Easy...Horse, cow, pig, tiger, sheep.
2. Write one word that describes each of the following: dog, cat, rat, coffee, sea.
Does anyone else think this music is annoying??
Dog: Happy
Cat: Independent (duh)
Rat: Gross
Coffee: Bitter
Sea: Blue
3. Think of someone, who also knows you and is important to you, which you can relate them to the following colors. Do not repeat your answer twice. Name just one person for each color.
Yellow: Walker
Orange: Brooke
Red: Tyler
White: Dylan
Green: Toni
4. Finally, write down your favorite number, and your favorite day of the week.
My favorite day of the week is always changing... Okay, 11 and Friday.
Oh dear. PLEASE BE SURE THESE ANSWERS ARE WHAT YOU REALLY WANT. What I want is no fuzzies and for this music to STOP.
Bla bla bla, repeat your wish.
Okay, animals signify priorities???
Horse: Family (SO TRUE); Cow: Career (so NOT true...sort of...hm), Pig: Money (HAHAHAHAHA so funny and true), Tiger: Pride (ouch), Sheep: Love (why does everything make sense now? Ouch. Ouch. My heart just deflated.)
The description of dog (happy) implies my personality. (uh...sure...except for PMS.)
The description of cat (independent) implies the personality...OF MY PARTNER!!! (AAAAH laughing so hard, because it's true and funny...only I don't have a partner, just someone I WISH was my partner, but seriously. Wow.)
Wow, these keep getting better and better.
Rat (gross) describes your enemies (lol), coffee (bitter) describes what you think of sex (Um, WHAT? HOW IS SEX BITTER????), and sea (blue) describes my own life (YES! MY LIFE IS SO BLUE RIGHT NOW!!!).
I will never forget Walker (eh), Brooke is my true friend (she's 2...and she recently ate a napkin...), I really love Tyler (that's disgusting.), Dylan is my twin soul (not so much...we barely talked.), and I will forever remember Toni!!! (that's pretty true :D)
Finally! The signifigance of Friday and 11 are...LAME! I have to send this to 11 people and my wish will come true by Friday. I DON'T THINK SO!!!
Go here if you need a laugh.
Sorry, but I am not sending this to 11 people just to get rid of my fuzzies.
Lalala.
I was thinking about playing Miss Popularity and only have my character wear jeans.
Am I an "It" Girl? So curious. Lol.
Oh, burn.
After that, Miss Popularity sounds very promising right now.

Would you like some ice on that burn?
Yay. We had a brief power outage at school. All of a sudden, the portable goes dark....and everyone keeps on working. It wasn't like pitch black or anything, so no one really cared. And as soon as Mr. Thorsen got up to do something about it, it went back on. It's all good.
Went through 3? or so chapters today. I got stuck on "A Growing Multicultural Society" (which I was SO looking forward to, too) when they were like, "What are the five greatest population clusters in the Pacific Northwest?" and I didn't know if they were referring to ethnicity or size or whatever. The picture showed a bunch of multicultural kids, but the white kid they chose to represent was so ugly and of course he was eating chocolate chip cookies. Because I guess burgers are too American, or something.
Wow. Patrick from FOB = really adorable. I'm watching "Sugar, We're Going Down", which is borderline disturbing, and last night I watch most of "Take Over, Break's Over" before my computer shut down. HEMINGWAY! Pete = shirtless? And why did Joe look like Charlton Heston? And Patrick looked amazing. Apparently tho he has a real insecurity thing going on cuz he's always like, "I'm fat! This isn't a boy band because I'm fat!" and that's why he lets Pete be a loser frontman???
I <3 Patrick.
Guess I can't get out of Creation. Because my grandma doesn't love me. Ouch.
Luke says hello. He also says, "****," but we'll pretend he didn't say that.
WHY DOES THE KID HAVE ANTLERS??????
Lol, one of the vocab words was William Gates, and I was like, "No way. Uh uh. No. YES!" KING OF THE NERDS!
I wanted to write for my definition of Bill Clinton: President that had sex with an intern and screwed the whole country by not catching major terrorist when he had the chance.
I don't understand this video...
Actually, the correct definition of Bill Clinton was: President who threw away plenty of jobs by lessening logging and stuff in Oregon to save a stupid owl.
Okay, I understand this video now. Except for the part where Pete licks himself.
Also, they wanted you to explain how the KKK helped economically change the PNW. Um, they were a bunch of white supremacists that hated everyone, so they killed people. Yeah. Great. Can you feel that wind, son? Those are the winds of economic change...

She's nothing to me
First part of "Lacrymosa" totally reminds me of "Phantom Menace". Especially when the choir comes in.
Church was surprisingly good today. Emily was finally there and I haven't seen her in like 5 years. Not. But pretty close. Like 2 weeks????? Katie is pink. Anita is cream. I'm green. William is blue.
LACRYMOSA (And you can blame it on meeeeeeeee, set your guilt free ((high note)), I don't wanna hold you BAAAAACK NOOOOW LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE!)
I swear, this song is flipping amazing.
There was just one thing at church that made me really mad and also made me want to throw up.
Even my mom thinks I suck at drums. Go figure.
My friends the fuzzies are back. Screw them. I just want to be done with this person.
I really hate 14. And that my parents were RIGHT about one thing.
If this is 14, 15's gonna suck.
Other than that, life's all good. Need to put up Fall Out Boy poster.
OMGEEEEEEEEEZ, this person obviously loves Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, too. AND she used "Your Guardian Angel" lyrics.
Ew, thinking about that song and the fuzzies from hell simaltaneously makes me puke.
I was going to write an FOB story, but I'm short on inspiration. Oh well, I've got plenty of free time. My first day of summer school's tomorrow. Woop dee doo. I'm going to need a sleeping aid.
Okay, slightly annoying, why do they keep saying every band is smexy? MCR = SMEXY! BERT = SMEXY! P!ATD! THEY'RE ALL SMEXY!
AAAAAAAAAAGH. Even Papa Roach is smexy.
I saw "Ratatouille". It was probably the best animated film I've ever seen, and the best movie I've seen all year. It's that good. The rats were so adorable. Linguine was really annoying. "OH, I JUST CAN'T EVEN TALK TO YOU! Oh, well, it's kinda crazy, but you know, I've got, well, heh heh, I've gotta a secret, and it's DISTURBING!" He wouldn't shut up. Skinner looked like a tiny french Prince. It was pretty funny. I kept waiting for him to burst out in song. PURPLE RAIN, PUUUUURPLE RAIN.
Amy Lee says certain words weird. Like on "Your Star", where she's all, "All my fears turn to rage," it sounds like, "All my feels tuln to rage."
Oooooooooooooh oh, but I wanna let it gooooo.
I hate Hinder!
Ew, I saw "The Derby Stallion" the other day. It was so horrible. I didn't even watch all of it. But there was all this stupid racial tension. Hello, this is practically a DISNEY movie. There's no such thing as racial tension! And Zac Efron played the exact same character he did in HSM. And then the girl kisses him and there's a really stupid exchange straight outta "Seventh Heaven".
Annoying Little Sister #1: Did she kiss him, mommy?
Mom (JUST LIKE THE ONE FROM 7TH HEAVEN): Uh, no, I think she's just checking his lips...
Dad: I do that sometimes. *chuckle*
Annoying Little Sister #2: Suuuuure.
IT WAS SO DUMB.
And of course Zac (his character's name was PATRICK, but whatever) didn't see it coming. She's all, "Hey, I wanna tell you something," and he leans down and is all, "What?" GUESS WHAT? GUESS WHAT? Well, now you KNOW WHAT. Loser.
What's with the mom and her lies of death? Sounds like sexual repression to me.

Even if saving you sends me to heaven
I love this song. :)
I now only kill fuzzies when I listen to "Your Guardian Angel" by Red Jumpsuit Apparatus.
I will never let you fall
I'll stand up with you forever
I'll be there for you through it all
Even if saving you SENDS ME TO HEAVEN!!!
Had a Harry Potter marathon today. I finished the first one, which took me an uncharacteristic three days to finish, got through the second one (forgot how good the first two are), and am currently in the third one, which used to be my favorite, until I reread the 4th one last year (wow).
I lurve Harry Potter.
Now that I think about it, "Your Guardian Angel" reminds me of Fang. Or just "Maximum Ride" in general.
I made these cookie bar things from the recipe off the back of a bag of Chocolatier chips. Only we didn't have any white flour, so I had to use whole-wheat, which is a weird color, and it doesn't make a very good crust, just this weird flat piece of crappy bread. And then you're supposed to pour melted chocolate chips + condensed milk on it, which is GROSS (condensed milk). And then you put the rest of the crappy crust mixed with chocolate chips on top. I didn't have enough for the top, so most of it is just chocolate. But it tasted okay.
More random topics. Um, today at church Susan asked if I was Irish (brought on because my red streak is gone and I have no brown roots, and she thinks my coloring is interesting). Unfortunately, I'm not cool enough to be Irish, I am PURELY Scandinavian. Well, Scandinavian, probably English or some other Northern European, and a little bit Cherokee Indian. Not like you could tell ANY of this by looking at me.
Go dance, fool. Dat's right, sucka.
I have a great desire to go to a school dance (an all-district would be nice) and dancing the night away with my friends, particularly to songs from Fall Out Boy's "From Under the Cork Tree", such as "Our Lawyers Made Us Change the Name of This Song So We Wouldn't Get Sued", "Of All the Gin Joints In the World", "Dance, Dance" (duh), and basically the whole album. Especially "Sophomore Slump...". Best song on the whole CD.
I forgot it was SUNDAY. Urp. My bad.

Deli-sliced ham and a low fat cheese sauce wrapped in a crust
Yep, that's what I had for lunch. And I had lunch like 3 minutes ago. Mmmmm.. It was quite good, actually. Now, for the sake of losing weight/being health-concious, I'm eating an apple. It's bitter.
IT'S A GAME AND YOU'RE NOT THE WINNER!
You can't DENY yourself inside and when we go we say goodbye and then we run, we run AWAY.
My throat is all gross. First my dad, then William, now me.
I read a really dumb book this morning. Okay, not really dumb, but it definitely wasn't as fair as it wanted it to be.
So this girl (aspiring playwright named Kate) moves from New Jersey to Tennessee, where the school team is the Rebels and they fly a Confederate flag. So the lone black student (not, there's just a bunch of black people shoved into another corner of the universe in this book) decides to send this petition around that's anti-Confederacy, and all the white Southerners didn't want Confy to leave and they got mad.
And it was annoying cuz I wasn't really sure which side I was on. Because I'm pro-Union (or would've been), but there were a lot of great Confederate guys who were Christians and stuff, and it's not like all Southerners are bad, seeing as I'm in love with Georgia, and it doesn't have to stand for slavery, and it's kind of their heritage, but then all the blacks and liberals were all, "It's racist," and if they were REALLY offended by it (the blacks, though, it's kind of none of the liberal's business), shouldn't that mean something?
Yeah, so I was all confused, but it did make me mad because they show the white Southerners at their worst (there was this guy who was in the KKK who believed whites were the actual chosen ones, which reflected badly on Christians and whites in general), but they didn't really show the other side at their worst. I guess the worst was Nikki's (the one who started the whole ordeal) twin brother Luke, who set fire to the Confederate flag, but I don't know, I feel like it was biased.
And then the whole epic love between Kate and Jack was SO ANNOYING. I mean, I guess there's too many dark-haired "hotties" in books these days (as male love interests), and I do have a weird problem with blondes, but Jack was all Troy Bolton from High School Musical. "I want to be an actor, but I could never tell my mother. She wants me to marry Sarah Fife and go to the Academy." And he tells Kate, "I really love you. I'm not just saying it." And she pulled some Anakin-crap, like, "I don't want you to love me! When you're away from me, I can't breathe! I need to be with you!"
The last part, where she has Nikki and Jack be the only two people in this play she's written, was really sad. It was just a bunch of monologues from both sides of the issue, and it was weird, because her sister had just been shot at a football game gone awry, and they made out like she was dead for a long while. It confoozed me.
Now I'm reading "Freshman", and it's pretty funny, but it took me a while to get through 26 or so pages, so I don't know how I'll finish that, the first "Maximum Ride" book, and "House of the Scorpion" without reading and refusing meals or bathroom breaks all day.
Oh wells.
It was SWEET, we played football last night, and I made a touchdown. Andrew is crazy fast. Sucks that he's leaving tomorrow. I saw him for like 2 hours and then he was gone. Going back to Asia. But there were people I had no idea had such skillz. Dang, Jeannie.

And she pulled some Anakin-crap, like, "I don't want you to love me!

YOU MORON! HE TOLD YOU NOT TO LOOK BACK!
I'm reading this book called "Nightsong", which is a retelling of the Greek myth of Orpheus and Eurydice. The one where he goes to the Underworld to save his girlfriend, but the gods tell him, "Don't look back, don't look back," and oh, he looks back, so he loses his girlfriend.
SUCKS FOR YOU!
It's a dumb book so far, but it's a quick read.
"Bring Me To Life" is a fairly Orpheus-ish song.
Today's Paul Dano's birthday! YAY!
He's 23. Shocker.
We got our yearbooks today. It was such a letdown. I'd been looking forward to it ALL DAY, and they really sucked. A lot of things were misspelled, a bunch of people didn't get their SCHOOL PICTURES put in, and unless you were popular, you didn't really have any pictures.
:P
AAAAGH, Fall Out Boy was on Ellen, but my mom didn't know which song they'd performed! But she did say Pete was a spotlight hog and that she didn't like him. Yay!
WHY WON'T AVATAR PROM WORK?
I had this really amazing dream where we had Comcast. It was BEAUTIFUL.

How much IS your life worth?
| Your Life Is Worth... |
![]() |
I wonder what the criteria for being worth a lot is...
Hm, young, pretty, submissive, healthy...oh yeah, WHITE!
I say that, but here's something that bugs me; White people are viewed as average joes/horrible people and every other race/color is a vibrant culture.
-_-
Swedes and Russians are different. They're both white, but they're a different culture.
And they're both really weird and I'm most likely never going to either country.
Quizilla hasn't been letting me view images lately...
Either everyone is getting REALLY bad at HTML, or the server's down, or it's some plot by my internet company to keep me from viewing pornographic things.
Yeah right, me, porn. Doesn't quite fit...
Nicole Kidman is scared of butterflies?
Butterfly: *twitting, flitting about*
Nicole Kidman: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
oOOOOOH, so scary.
I had "Nobody Puts Baby In A Corner" stuck in my head all afternoon. I noticed that usually happens after I spend a lot of time with Dylan. Or after I talk about singing and talent shows.
There is a talent show coming up. The last tryout was today. I am not trying out.
I want to sing "Teach Me Tonight" for the jazz band, but if I'd REALLY wanted to, I would have to have been a dedicated member at the beginning of the school year.
If that's the case, why is Mr. Faxon having me play with them so often now?
I'm playing with EVERY SINGLE BAND in the last concert. That's FOUR BANDS. Count 'em, FOUR!
The sevvies are funny. But they're playing really easy stuff. So is the intermediate band. -_-
I'm so not looking forward to next year.
I GOT TO MISS TWO PERIODS TODAY! Granted, I missed some important math things and Mrs. Schultz-Story thought I skipped 5th, but it was all good... And then NO STUDY HALL because of Distinguished Readers. So my horoscope is wrong today (as per usual). Today was 4 and a HALF stars, thank you.
A pregnant goldfish is called a twit...
Hm.
Keep quiet, nothing comes as easy as you.
That's pretty much my favorite part of the whole song.
Heather showed me some pretty sweet manga. Must read...

Gwen Stefani is my celebrity style twin? Hm. That's cool, I guess. She's pretty and I like her stuff. I probably wouldn't wear half of what she wears, tho. Eh? I highly doubt that's a picture of her.

Can it really predict my birthdorder? Hm...
I recently REALLY started hating being the middle child. Scratch that. I've always hated it. But it seems worse than usual. Probably because Nathan acknowledged every bad thing I thought about middle childom was true and then went on to say how awesome being oldest was. And then he excused all annoying younger child behaviors, but got on my back for my "behaviors".
My family is full of hypocrites.
...that are also sexist.
They must be.
I wouldn't even care about this if it weren't affecting my future.

SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILER SPOILERS!!!!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH FINALLY!
Okay, before I go on, I just want a QUICK rant on the Christian music and movie industry: Although the secular industry is JUST as biased, based on looks and other stuff, the Christian movie (AND MUSIC, music especially) lean towards the more worship based music and REALLY badly acted but clean movies, while more powerful movies go straight to DVD. Actually, there's not a lot of good Christian movies. But the ones that make it big aren't that good. And in the music industry, the more talented groups are shoved off to the side and labeled "too punky or hardcore" and hardly mentioned, and those bands either never get the attention they deserve, or conform to the more secular or worship based stuff.
Phew.
I've been thinking about that A LOT lately, and I needed to get it out of my system.
You can disagree, but most of that's true. It's not like I'm making this up.
But ANYWAY, I screened a surprisingly REALLY GOOD (okay, it was still a pretty low budget Christian film, but it was A LOT better than "Facing the Giants", which made a lot more money). It's called "Hidden Secrets", btw. Redundant, I know.
*************SPOILER ALERT, if you REALLY care, but it was good and a bit of this was surprising. Not much, but a little...**************
Okay, so it opens with this guy about to commit suicide, which I thought was really random, and then it's all about this dead guy (who died) and it's SO OBVIOUSLY the guy who committed suicide, and all his familiy (he has one sister) and friends come together and work out their issues in faith and life situations. (The weird thing that freaked me out was all, if this guy is such a positive influence, why did he shoot himself in the head??)
Characters: There is Jeremy, an ex-youth pastor (with his control-freak fiancee Rachel) who used to date Sherry, the dead guy's (Chris) sister. There's also Gary, the "half-Jewish" non-Christian stem cell researcher, Harold who's a pastor with ANOTHER control-freak wife named Rhonda, this guy who dates Rachael Lampa and has a tattoo and he's pictured as the bad boy (figures, but at least he's accepted, his name's Anthony.
And FINALLY, my favorite, MICHAEL!!!!!
Yeah. He's struggling with faith and stuff.
So they're all struggling. Maybe I should just list stuff
1. One of the things that bothered me was the CRAPPY DIALOGUE and how people said stuff that THEY SO OBVIOUSLY WOULDN'T SAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like in that one Seventh Heaven episode, where she was all, "I want to convert to Christianity!" Yeah, they would say stuff like, "I'm afflicted by homosexuality," and, "My Christianity is sacred," or something. I forgot.
2. It was SO OBVIOUS that Michael was gay. Okay, that's a lie, because I only suspected he was gay when Gary all hugged him and he was like, "....awkward, cuz I like you...." But he was the one that said stuff about his "homosexuality", and it's like, "Most people would say 'gay'."
3. Jeremy is engaged to Rachel, but he wants Sherry. WHO WILL HE CHOOSE? *gasp* And Rachel is all, "WE HAVE TO WORK THIS OUT, YOU WANT ME!" Ooooor not. And there was this whole thing on how Rachel and Sherry look SOOO much alike, while Sherry was pretty hawt and Rachel was pretty nawt.
4. Of course he chooses Sherry because God told him he was to marry her. And His Will never changes (THANK YOU!!!!!!!).
5. Only, at the end of the movie, instead of coming to terms with God, he says, "Thank you, Chris," ???????????? Um, Chris is dead. He didn't do anything but party in heaven while you were rubbing foreheads with his sister.
6. Yeah, the kitchen scene where they rub foreheads? Supposed to be romantic. So not. Just really weird. "I still love you. *rub rub*" "BUT I CAN'T! *rub rub, sob sob*" "Fine! *rub rub, drive away*
7. Harold's wife Rhonda is really judgemental and is all trying to convert Gary, and I was like, "OMGEEZ," because she was like two of the people in my church. Like one of them had become a man and they'd had a Love child and named her Rhonda. It was WEIRD.
8. And Rhonda kept trying to convert Gary and had this whole script planned out, like about the prophecies about Jesus, and Gary knew like all the prophecies. He'd totally memoirized it. It was so cool. And then she kept going on and on about how stem cell research was abortion and murder and blood and BAD, and it's like, "yeah, but give her a break."
9. But she represented judgemental Christians SO WELL. Especially with the whole, "You're SO lucky you live in a red state. I tried to get Harold to move to a red state, but we figured it would just turn blue, so we decided to turn the blue state red." But it was just like, she's one of the people that gives Christianity a bad name, like I'd talked with Ashley.
10. On abortion: Sherry had one after getting pregnant with another guy, causing her to break up with Jeremy, and she's really offended at Rhonda's mentions of it every 5 seconds (cuz Rhonda is pregnant, and hormonal, and the love child of some church people I know).
11. I liked this better than Facing the Giants cuz it wasn't all perfect. Not everybody was a Christian and God didn't suddenly appear and chase away the clouds and all was perfect.
I'm not saying God doesn't work, but there are times where it's like, "WHERE ARE YOU????" And just because you do good doesn't mean He'll specifically bless you and life will go on rosey-awesomeness. I'm not being too clear, if you really want to debate, I'll explain better later.
12. I got kind of mad when Gary became a Christian at the end because THAT'S SO UNBELIEVABLE! It's not like I would've been "happier" had he stayed Atheist "half-Jewish", but it's more realistic. Sorry, it's true.
13. It turns out the guy at the beginning going to commit suicide was Michael, because he thought God hadn't forgiven him for being gay earlier on (they didn't specify, but it's kind of like, "no duh"), not like he wasn't still gay, ANYWAY, but then Sherry called him to say Chris was dead and he was SAVED.
Yeah. It was good. GO WATCH IT. Better than FTG. DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!

Don't poke the penguin
Man. Today could've been a really good day. And it was good when we went out to Ruby Tuesday's with my grandma. It was good when we went to the immunization clinic and it didn't hurt.
But it's just been one of those days.
And the fact that I had this MAJOR mood swing doesn't help.
Lest I bite someone else's head off, here is another warning from the government.
WARNING: Stay away from Lauren. She bites.
If she is in a BAD MOOD, do not feel you have to comfort her, as she will kill you/kick you in the balls/bite your head off.
If she is in a good mood while talking about a sensitive topic, it is best not to smash her dreams into billions of tiny bits, as this will send her into a bad mood, and she wil kill you/kick you in the balls/bite your head off.
Actually, don't talk to her at all, seeing as she is a girl and when she has a mood swing might kill you/kick you in the balls/bite your head off.
There, got that out of my system.
It's just that my parents don't support my single parenting plan. It's not even like I'm going to go out and get pregnant. I'm going to move to Georgia, go to Africa for missions, and adopt from South Africa...or Uganda. But I thought they were cool with it and they're NOT.
And then my mom gave me this huge lecture on how God will use your dreams, bla bla bla, and it was like she was rubbing in the fact that she's closer to God than I am. And it made me mad because no, God and i aren't close, I'm still working on trusting him, and since like a week ago I was almost practically atheist, it's not like I've taking any time to get on my knees and be all humble and crap, "Oh God, I know you will do PERFECTLY, so here are all my hopes and dreams for the future, and I shall go skipping away and not worry about anything because life is PERFECT!" Uh yeah, maybe in Christy freaking Miller.
It just WASN'T COOL.
So I guess I'm over it and I'm talking to God about the future, but the worst part about the whole conversation is my mom acted like that plan wasn't BIG, Like I could do SOOOO Much better.
HELLO?
At least it's better than LIVING WITH YOU GUYS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE, like I thought 4 MONTHS AGO when I had NOTHING BETTER TO DO. And I'm not planning on living in Washington forever. I'm moving SOOOO far away it's not even funny. 2733.14 miles it not something to laugh at. And then I'm going to AFRICA, where I'll need like 5 SHOTS. And I'm going to be a WRITER, writing more than CRAPPY Christian fiction where stupid morons talk about their perfect lives, eat frozen yogurt, and their biggest sin is saying, "Poopy doop."
But SCREW THAT.
Bitter?
No.
Just mad as heck.
So I guess I'm not over it.
I also realized I hate the word "dreams". Sounds mystical and retarded.
But don't call my stupid "dreams" small. Because this is BIG for me.
I think this day is bad because I was going to wake up super early so I could download all the new FOB I got onto my Ipod, but I can't wake up early cuz I'm not a morning person, so I played Mario instead, and then my stupid computer wouldn't let me import, so I had to burn it all to the harddrive instead, and THEN import, and I almost had all the info on Take This To YOur Grave done, but it didn't save cuz it's LAME. Not like my grandpa's cpu is so much better, which is what I'm typing on. THe shift key keeps sticking and I keep using quotations instead of apostrophes. Gr.

PSOIDOS!!!!!!!!
I'm kind of indecisive right now. I have my pride and all, but everyone says being "humble" would be the best thing to do. But I'm human, I've acknowledged I'm a selfish jerk, and I don't want to change.
Things could get ugly.
Things are also getting ugly with my wonderful place of worship. I swear, some people have NO IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON! I mean, some people are totally oblivious to what's REALLY going on and have a false image of what's happening behind the scenes. Others are being totally anal and assume their way is the best most wonderful way when it's not. Yet others have not yet realized IT'S NOT FUNNY. And THEN we have the people still clinging to a reality that no longer exists and being all too exclusive in who they hang out with.
IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY.
God and I are kind of not friends. But no one gets it.
So I'm basically screwed.
What does esoteric mean?
Because I think about that and pop culture?
YAY!
Would people stop assuming I'm going to hell for knowing my star sign?
I don't believe any of that (well right now I don't know exactly what I believe, but Capricorn ain't part of it), but it's something my kindergarden teacher taught me, so it's just random knowledge.
Me: Hahaha, "What's your sign"? That's funny. *picks up book to see if star signs have any merit, which they don't*
Priest: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADOOOOOOOOOOOON'TTOOOOOOOOOOOUCHIIIIIIIITTTTTT!
Me: Ooooooookay.
Did I mention contest ever? It was cool. We got a good score. And Mr. Faxon totally let us skip class to listen to our recordings and go over the score sheets. AND put away music. In score order. Zack foisted a whole piece on me and was all, "I love 8th graders." I hate freshmen.
I got the same result as last time. But it's a cool quiz. I liked the AMy Lee one best, tho.
Rocker chick. Whatever.
But it was cool.
I really want a dog. Bad bad BADLY. I haven't really gotten into "Marley and Me" yet. I read like three "Pearls Before Swine" books today. AMAZING COMIC! Stephan Pastis is a genius. I wish he had remembered his funniest joke. "Comet on the far side?" I think I'll start "The Great Gatsby". I think I was lied to about no e's in it. Nathan says I was. I know he kills himself, but I think it should be worth reading. "Misery" is actually creepy. Stephen King's best book so far.

Did I mention contest ever? It was cool. We got a good score. And Mr. Faxon totally let us skip class to listen to our recordings and go over the score sheets. AND put away music. In score order. Zack foisted a whole piece on me and was all, "I love 8th graders." I hate freshmen.
| The Movie Of Your Life Is A Cult Classic |
![]() Quirky, offbeat, and even a little campy - your life appeals to a select few. But if someone's obsessed with you, look out! Your fans are downright freaky. Your best movie matches: Office Space, Showgirls, The Big Lebowski |
