Planning will make it worse!!

One good thing has come from me being sick:
I've mastered Schwing State.
For the most part.
I got up to South Carolina, which is pretty great.

Your Personality Cluster is Introverted Feeling

You are:

You are tolerant, flexible, and open to new ideas.

You are also a stickler for integrity and authenticity.

You are totally passionate. You speak your mind about causes, beliefs, or politics.

You are likely to have many "best friends" from many walks of life.

Colonel Brandon...
He's everything we could ever want...
He's rich, romantic, attentive...
...and is probably going to die soon.
I know, that's terrible.
But even though he was only 35 in the book, people back then didn't live past 45 often, so his happy ending with Marianne didn't last long.
Aaaah, my computer is making scary beeping noises!!!
With sort of a cha-cha beat....

You can feel it all over, people

Stevie Wonder, "Sir Duke"!!!
When you have a sore throat, $25, and endless free time, all sorts of things can happen.
So I bought some Stevie Wonder, Queen, Paramore, and "Rent".
Now I'm reading Sims 2 blogs.
Weeee, March. Greatest month. And it's getting warmer (sort of) and it's sunny pretty much all the time. It's like a different state.
If you were to rob someone, would you really take their couch?
Not only is it heavy, but how else will they watch TV?
My dog smells awful.
I watched a half hour infomercial about 70's music. My dad watched with me and salivated over Tony Orlando's music collection.
I also watched "ShakespeaREtold", which was pretty excellent. "Much Ado About Nothing" was really well done. The ending of "Macbeth" was genius. "A Midsummer Night's Dream" sucked, but I hated that one anyway.
Ugh, watched "The Bachelor" on Monday. Jason Mesnick is such a scumbag.
First, he proposes to Melissa. She seemed so happy and they were so cute together.
Then, literally 5 MINUTES LATER, on "After the Final Rose", the camera cuts to Jason sobbing as he admits he doesn't love Melissa anymore and wishes he could bring Molly back.
HELLO???
He spent 6 WEEKS with Melissa. He spent all the holidays with her family and she bonded with Ty.
But that wasn't good enough, because the chemistry "changed".
Well, DUH! As you guys get closer, your relationship changes. That's the whole point!!
But no. He went crying back to Molly.
Melissa came on the show and chewed Jason out, calling him a bastard and saying that he might've loved Melissa, and wanted to be with Melissa, but he didn't want to fight for Melissa, because he was a balless sissy.
Well, she didn't say the last part. But she might as well have.
And I couldn't stop thinking about how SELFISH he was. SERIOUSLY! On the show, he was never worried about how the girls would feel, and he was only worried about what he wanted. His son is probably really confused after spending all that time with Melissa, having his dad promise that Melissa would be their new mom, and then dumping her. His son is probably never going to have a normal life because of his dad's fame, but it was NECESSARY. Jason NEEDED to find love.
And he ASKS Molly to take him back.
AND SHE DOES!!!
What. An. Idiot. If she doesn't think he'll do the same thing to her, she's kidding herself.
The opposite of love is selfishness. No wonder he got divorced.

Sacrifice one...

...for the lives of many.
Seriously, it was the only way.
Barton could let Marilyn stay, rather than sending her out into her doom, but then they both would have died, and they would wouldn't have gotten to the sick men in time, resulting in a total of 8 deaths.
He also could have sacrificed himself, but then MARILYN would have had to fly the ship, and the EDS was on a tight schedule, so why would it be good to kill yourself for one girl when other people need you?
And Marilyn was a STOWAWAY, which is pretty much ILLEGAL, and for which the stowaway was condemned to death in the law.
So maybe it wasn't completely fair, but there were consequences for the choice she made.
Although she WAS a really nice person and didn't deserve to have her lungs ripped through her chest.

You Are 45% Pirate

Ahoy matey! Ye can think o' yerself as a swashbuckler in trainin'.

If ye study hard an 'do what the captain tells ye, ye may be gettin' part o' the booty.

Get to work on yer pillagin', swordfightin', an' drinkin'.

Ye dasn't want to end up in Davy Jones' locker, so make sure ye pipe down when the captain be around.

Argh argh argh. So kind of a crappy day.
I'm having MAJOR PMS.
That, and the weather is crappy and Washington-like, and I'm still sick, and I went to the orthodontist and I'll be wearing these retainers for-freaking-ever, and we had the LAMEST assembly during advisory today.
Uggggh.
But I'm mostly mad about the stupid orthodontist thing. AAAAARGH IT'S BEEN 6 FREAKING YEARS SINCE I STARTED "TREATMENT" I WANT TO BE DONE!!
But noooooooooooo, I have to wear these retainers for another 8 MONTHS.
If braces are so expensive, why did my parents MAKE me get them if they need the money?
And if they didn't need the money then, they could have at least gotten me a pony.
Stop Global Warming...
...or all the Reese's will melt!

Disappearing web pages!!

Ditched school again. Ish. My parents let me stay.
So I'm not much of a rebel.

You Are 48% Interesting

Truth be told, you're not the most interesting person in the world.

You don't put much effort into expanding your horizons. You're content to stay in your little comfort zone.

You tend to get stuck in a rut, and you often bore people who spend time with you.

You are predictable and somewhat narcissistic. You're too focused on yourself to see how boring you can be.

You have the potential to be an incredibly fascinating person. You just have to be a little more proactive.

Shake things up. Try something new. Take a risk. The worst that can happen is that you'll have an amazing story to tell!

Yeah.
I wonder if you could make money as a snack cake connoisseur.
Hey, I spelled connoisseur right!
Tie and I found a secret trail that leads from a rather scenic neighborhood route straight to the junior high.
Hey, my school is on Wikipedia!
True, the article is only a stub, but it's something.
There's a bigger article on the "best" high school in the district.
"51% of the students at CKHS are male and 49% of the students are female. The teacher-to-student ratio is 1:21. There are 498 sophomores, 454 juniors, and 402 seniors. 1% of the students are Native American, 15% of the students are Asian, 3% of the students are hispanic, 4% of the students are black, and 77% of the students are white."

In 2007, Central Kitsap High school was named in the top high schools in Washington state, academically, in math and science."
So they're pretty racist, but at least they're good at math and science!
Yoodle yoodle yoodle.
"You Can't Fool Owls" has been stuck in my head all week.
Mmm, grapes.

Smile, it's the end of the world!

I GOT MY BRACES OFF!!
And, somehow, it doesn't seem worth it.
All my teeth are really big and white and straight like little tombstones, but it really doesn't look all that attractive.
And I never smile with my mouth open, so what's the point?
And now I have to wear two retainers.
Yeah, TWO.
And they make it a little hard to talk.
And I have to wear them all the time.
This reminds me of the rubber band fiasco.
But they DID fund a trip to Coldstone for me and my family because they'd run out of caramel apples.
I can be pacified with ice cream.
Coldstone is better than Ferdinand's, I think.
I love Ferdinand's, but they don't have as many creative flavors.
Now I can eat CARAMEL!
After I take out my retainers, anyway.
But it was sort of embarrassing trying to ask my dad for "toaster strudels" and he was like, "What? WHAT ARE YOU SAYING?"
Tie is feeling better today, but she still itches and is sort of listless.
What happened to my sanguine dog?

Said I loved you, but I lied!

Wow, I had an AMAZING day today, despite the fact that I couldn't really talk, breathe, or exist without coughing sometimes.
French I couldn't sing, so that was dumb. But I'm not stupid. And Mr. Caley thinks I am a comedienne. Because I said I was from Norway. And Sweden. In French.
"Tu es Paris?"
"Non, je ne suis pas de Paris, je suis Norvege." *silence* "Je suis Suede aussi."
I forgot the important accents. But it's all good.
This jacket is really hot. Seriously, I'm like practically sweating and feverish it's so hot. I guess I could take it off, but I like it so much.
Math was exxxxcellent. We had another quiz and I'm quite positive that I passed this one also. Hehehe I do NOT suck at math. And I finished the extra long project in 6th period. With a ruler. It's very precise. Ha.
Band was pretty ballin. There are a lot of beeeeees in the band room, so we were moved to the choir room, and I like it A LOT better than the band room. Band room has better acoustics, tho. Mr. Faxon pulled out this EXCELLENT piece called "Electricity" and it's really rhythmic and AMAZING and fun to listen to. And then in the concert we're going to pull out some flashlights and do cool things.
I passed the jazz band audition. :P I didn't even have to PLAY to pass. My first hint: Connor was all, "Where were you this morning? You're supposed to be in jazz band!" Mr. Faxon assumed I would pass. Dang it. And I did. But apparently I can improvise by stringing together random notes and rhythms that sound good together.
5th I just slept and did math.
Ha, I took my science test, and I'm pretty positive I passed that, too, except for I might get points taken off for significant figures. Dang.
We had the 7th grade assembly and I was totally jealous of Quincy's sister Chloe, who had an amazing speech. No lightsaber, but hey.
Aaaaaaaagh today was those 9th grade ballots things, like "Best Eyes" and "Most Likely To Get Pregnant At 16". Actually, I was really hoping I'd get voted for something.... Most humorous is out, because everyone voted for Kaili (I did, too. Lol.), but Amanda voted me for Most Humorous, and Alexis voted me for Best Hair (??). Yeah. For some I couldn't think of anyone, so I just put random people or had Aubrie, Kathy, Kristine, Kaili, or Quincy tell me who they were voting for. Tim for Best Hair, lol. It's really soft, tho. Danny for Most Athletic, but now that I think about it...no. He's still the most athletic boy after Larry. But Larry has moved on to bigger and better things.
Yeah. It's GREAT. I'm so psyched. But my throat hurts kind of and my voice is all nasally. Oh well. Yay, I missed jazz band this week! Don't have to wake up at 5:30 until Tuesday, because Monday is a HOLIDAY!!! Tee hee. And tomorrow's a Thursday, and then it's a FRIDAY AND I LOVE FRIDAYS! I'm sorry, I'm just digustingly peppy right now.

The sun'll come out tomorrow. Bet your...bottom....

Bet my bottom?
I have been saying that line repeatedly for about half an hour.
Yes. I am still sick.
And I'm missing my soap! Eegad.
YAY "THE BABY PONY" IS FINALLY IN!!
And I totally remember reading "The Saddest Pony". It was way lame, about like a dog that died or something and the pony was SAD. Like "The Girl Who Hated Ponies", I only read it once. Still waiting on "Circus Pony".
My father tells no lies.
Um um um.
Because I have no spine, I agreed to do a jazz band audition today. But I'm SICK, so I can't do it. In fact, I missed it. It was at 11:10. I want to get a doctor's note saying I can never play trombone again. Down with jazz!
I just want to make jazz, too, because I'm lazy and don't want to wake up three days a week at 5:30. Yeah. Ouch.
I crushed my fingernail.
It hurts.
Take my new FOB quiz. I scored 100. Duh.
SPEAKING of 100%, do you remember the MATH CLASS I was FAILING???
Yeah. I got 100% on the last quiz.
I GOT A 100% ON THE LAST QUIZ!
I don't know HOW, but I suppose I should be happy. Argh.
I have an entire bottle of Sierra Mist Free sitting on the kitchen table. Anybody want some?

D-I-G, that's all your gonna be GOOD FOR. Now what does that spell?

Aah, "Holes". I remember that movie. And how everyone was all obsessed with it. That was one bandwagon I did not jump on to. To this day, I still hate that movie. The book's all right, but I never read the sequel.
So I stayed home sick today because I am a wimp. A wimp that can't breathe. I didn't exactly do much today, nor did I take a fantastic trip inside myself to find who I really am, though I did discover that I am an angry person, my father is incapable of closing doors, and that my mom is slowly trying to ruin my wardrobe. She has accidentally destroyed three shirts after washing them with William's karate uniform. ARGH. I didn't like one of them, but one of them made me look at least somewhat female, and the other had a slogan that described me with utmost accuracy.
Yes. Bloo is dead.
I don't think Christian authors are allowed to have a sense of humor or refer to the trouser snake. At least authors of frothy teenage Christian fiction. Altho I like the "Brio Girls" series. Those books made me cry.

My favorite animal is the midget elephant, too!

Yeah. I just watched "Barbie as The Island Princess". The music was surprisingly really good and catchy. I am jealous of Barbie's singing voice. It was hecka better than "Princess and the Pauper".
But can you say "plot holes"? There were like 20 plot holes that left you going, "Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa?" And there were a lot of factual errors. MIDGET ELEPHANTS? And since when do peacocks fly?
But it was semi-enjoyable. Barbie was really pretty in this one and seemed to have at least half a brain. My dad was trying to finish "Deathly Hallows" when I was watching it last night and I kept yelling at the computer (for some reason the Xbox wouldn't read it). Seriously, tho. What kind of name is Rosella?
Only the credits revealed some disturbing information.
Matt.......as himself.
Matt? Is there anything you want to share with the class?
Also, there were a few themes that totally did not work with a Barbie movie: Having children out of wedlock? Murder? Jealousy? Making the characters seem actually human? Say it isn't so.
So William killed me and cut out my liver apparently. Right.
I guess ice cream and Fritos isn't the best meal to have when you're sick, but hey.
I finally bought the new J-14, but it was so not worth the wait. J-14's staff is suddenly all in love with Nick Jonas. And he's trying to act all deep. YOU'RE 15!!!
And Cody Linley is really creeping me out. Even more so than Ms. Wiggins.
I have 3 really boring books I have to read. And I need to start on my stupid October book journal.
Surprisingly I really don't want to miss school. I don't know if that's more because I really like school or I know that if I miss even one day Mr. Caley, Mr. Cambell, and Mrs. Sims will kill me.
Do do do do do.
I think Pepsi could cure cancer. Or AIDs. Apparently Jenna Bush is a cool kid.

FAILURE

AAAAAAAAAAGH I'M A FAILURE!
I tried to write a trail journal and it really sucked. Maybe because Amy Lee did end up coming.
Duck: I broke my leg.
Amber: How did that happen?
Emily: Seriously.
Murtagh: *staring moodily off into space*
Amy Lee: HOOOOOOOOOO CAAAAN YOU SEEEEEEEE INTO MY EYES LIKE OPEN DOOOOOOORS?
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH it was horrible.
I deleted it.
SO ASHAMED.
And I created this intricate dice rolling process to calculate events along the way, but then both Emily and I broke our legs, then Emily drowned, and Amy Lee kept getting lost, so it didn't really work.
It would be so much easier if I had Oregon Trail.
Don't give up, it's not the end. According to Stellar Kart.
SOMEONE LOVES YOU, EVEN WHEN YOU DON'T THINK SO, DON'T YOU KNOW, YOU GOT ME AND JESUS.
I'm still sick.
And Quizilla ain't workin properly.
I wanna make cookies really bad.
BUT NO. Not until FRIDAY, because we're having our family reunion picnic on Saturday, the 30th (no clue why), and I could bring them as a dessert.
We better leave earlier than 1:00 this year, because last year I got too late to help with making ice cream, and my grandpa let my 8th cousin 4 times removed or whatever make it and then she was all licking the spoon and I wanted to slap her.
I think her sandals got washed away by the tide. Hahahaha.

Medal of Honor

I'm really hoping this is the last day of the sickness, because the stuffy, runny nose, and coughing is REALLY GETTING TO ME.
But I feel better than I did this morning, which was TOTAL CRAP. I didn't want to eat my cornflakes, because I was going to puke them up, and then the gag reflex started up during my daily toothbrushing, but I got to school all tired and dehydrated and Mr. Anderson DIDN'T MAKE ME TAKE THE SCIENCE QUIZ!!!!! YAY FOR MR. ANDERSON!!!!!!! YAAAAAAAAAAY! It was pretty sweet. I even got to study extra hard in the library. I only got through 4 sections and there were 6 to do, so...oops.
But still. I deserve a Medal of Honor. Or the Girl of the Year award. Or at least a SONG written about me. Ahem. *glares at Trever McNevan*
Trever: *sigh*...STAND CLEAR, SHE'S THE GIRL OF THE YEAR AND I...forgot the words.
AAAAAAAAAGH! Do I have to learn everything myself?
I miss playing the drums. Still, it's not like I'm ever going to get to. So I don't know if I should just give up or try to get a drumset of some sort. There's always youth band. XP Hmmm, should I quit, do my own thing, or join an inconsistent worship band that plays lame music??
TOUGH DECISION.
Guitar looks tempting.
But every time I pick it up, I want to kill myself.
I'll never learn all those stupid frets.
So if I were to join a rock band, I'd have to be like manager or tee-shirt seller or something, seeing as I have like NOOO musical talent in that area.
Dang.
Stupid cheese! Excuse me...
Man, I hate having braces.
I really want another Hostess cupcake.
And a Snowball.
TWINKIES!!!!
They should make virtual Twinkies.
Hey, that's a Google search for you...

We're Marley and Marley

AAAAAAAAAH, ISN'T SHE ADORABLE? He? She? I don't know. I love him. Her. It.

According to the Dog Breed Quiz, we should have a Toy Poodle or a Bichon Frise. I WANT A PUG!

Okay, there was this pug in South Carolina and we couldn't tell if it was named Molly or Marly because her owner had this heavy Southern accent.

And there's this one scene in "A Muppet Christmas Carol" where Statler and Waldorf are both Scrooge's dead partners, Marley and Marley. Soooo, I give you.

We're Marly and Molly.

LBLBLBLBLBLBLB.

I want to adopt her and take her home.

FINALLY, I can listen to Evanescence!!!! And Dizmas! and the Barbie movie soundtrack collection!!!!! Did I just say that out loud????

I'm thinking about writing another trail journal. Who should come, who should come...

AMY LEE AND MURTAGH, OF COURSE!

I'm still sick with a fever of 101.6?

I guess that means no practice tomorrow.

Dang.
