We had little kids over yesterday, and they kept calling Sully a "babyhead".
He countered with, "Oh yeah? Well, if I'm a baby, what are you?"
Their answer: "Chickens."
I'm so glad I have a girl dog.
Yep. That's all I have to say.
She smells terrible and we can't figure out why.
Besides her love of poop as a snack and her affinity for finding and rolling in dead things.
Are people really, REALLY that stupid?
In an EXTRA long English period (:P), Mr. Rosendale explained our poetry project, that none of us have started on (even though it's due Monday).
And no one got it.
They had the freaking directions out in front of them, yet none of them thought to read it.
Then they'd ask for ALL THE DETAILS AT ONCE, and, once given that information, would start hyperventilating!
"Too many details! Sensory overload! I'm confused! I don't get it!"
So frustrating. And they wasted the whole freaking period.
But Mr. Macaras let us sit outside after the quiz. Best math ever.
It's so hot outside. They say it will rain the rest of the week.
Oh well. 70 degrees in April is nice...
BBC did a terrible version of "Sense and Sensibility", and Betty Buckley ruined "Seasons of Love" for me forever.

Ooooh man. We had THE REVOTE today.
I've been keeping that information relatively secret for two weeks, agonizing over a decision that will affect the entire student body, hoping the results will stay the same.
That was pretty stressful. Drew was out sick, so Mr. Barry had to call and tell him the news. Joanne and Dana, who are usually pretty calm, were really bummed.
Why can't the staff and current ASB count the ballots? Machines suck!
I want nothing more than to eat something delicious and chocolate.
Like cheesecake.
Or a Dove ice cream bar.
HAVE YOU HAD THOSE??? THe chocolate is so thick!!
Mrs. Laners brought Belgian chocolates into the office.
I had two.
Snack switching. Connor's never had a Twinkie?
Daniel ripped out my hair.
Kevin is sliding out of his shirt.
Tyler's hair is back to normal!!! Which is weird, because it's not his actual color.
Sarah pretty much cracks me up. We shared a chicken sandwich.
And I'd been so looking forward to pizza, too.
Jessica pwned us all in math. The whales were going extinct, but Mr. Kovacs didn't know what kind. Maybe sperm whales.

Aww, I missed my chance to post on Leap Day!!! I was sort of busy with basketball, dancing, and spaghetti.
I kind of love pep assemblies, and I actually got to play with the pep band this time (which is so much better than helping the ASB do whatever they're doing), but afterwards I always feel really, REALLY tired. Like screaming at the top of my lungs and playing "Another One Bites the Dust" is so exhausting.
But the freshmen won (AGAIN), basketball was pretty cool (losing team had to sing to the wrestlers), and the dance was funner than usual.
Who knew dancing was that intense? And sweaty? And fun?
Not like I can dance. And I'll never get "Souljah Boy" down.
Oh well. I love my school.
I'm good to go, and I'm going nowhere fast, it could be worse, I could be taking you there with me.

Hey, today was solo ensemble. I attempted to dress nice and ended up looking like a ninja. We'd been pretty worried because Kevin said he wouldn't come, but he came and CONNOR DIDN'T. Argh, not happy with him. Not like we needed him, because he's not a brass instrument and was just doubling on my part, but way to not tell us. Well, he told Micah and Robert YESTERDAY, THE DAY BEFORE THE PERFORMANCE, but not me or Kevin. WE DIDN'T SUCK! It was amazing. Micah got a little off, but he managed to get back on track.

"Snakecharm" is kind of boring so far. Disappointed. Danica's pregnant, though, and she and Zane don't want to give up the kid or something. All this political rubbish.
I read "Perfect" from the "Pretty Little Liars" series, though, and that was pretty good. I'm putting a hold on the first one.
Math quiz today. I couldn't get 2F for like 20 minutes and then I tried a zero in the equation and it WORKED. Mr. Kovacs kept looking at my paper and telling everyone what I got wrong, though. 2x(x + 4). Pretty much, yo.
Pre-AP English is SOOOO LAME. I'm doing good, though? Guess that's cool.
Science is too easy, but we're coming up on some new material. Darn. Better pay attention.
We played "Pictures at an Exhibition" in band. Aagh, it's crazy fun to play, but he took it away. I think we should play it in a concert, though, and wave rubber chickens during "The Ballet of Unhatched Chickens".
