Truly evil people will FAKE A BABY'S DEATH!

I was watching "All My Children" today, although it was hard to concentrate because my mom was LAUGHING SO HARD.
Admittedly, it was pretty funny.
"They took Matthew...I mean, Trevor. And they faked the baby's death! But his mother will only get custody if she moves in with the crazy father! GASP!"
Fun fun fun.
No, I didn't go to school. School isn't even out yet.
I got out of the shower and smelled something iffy, and all of a sudden, there's this uncontrollable gag reflex. So I kind of passed out on the bed and my mom agreed there was nothing important I was going to miss at school today.
Although my history teacher would have pitched a fit.
He probably did. He'll probably yell at me all day tomorrow.
Whatever. He is SO full of it.
He made a big deal about how much he loves America, and then went on to describe the reasons he hates it.
Yeah, it made a lot of sense.
So that class sucks, but Chemistry ended up being awesome!
Mr. Daniel told us a story about aliens that shot three pieces of paper, which couldn't have just been litter. No, there was a message, which he revealed with ammonia or something.
Then he showed us his squirt bottle, AKA "No-Doze", and it had at least 50 tally marks of students he'd woken with it.
Ha. You're going DOWN, Emory.
Math looks all right. Mrs. Erickson is pretty chill about homework and whatnot. WE DON'T HAVE TO TURN IN NOTES. AND I have that class with a BUNCH of my friends.
Band's all right. We were playing pep today and I missed it. Maybe we'll play at the assembly tomorrow...
There's a cute girl in my history class who may or may not be a foreign exchange student. Hmmmm...
Women's Studies might be okay once we get started. But Innovative Fitness is hopelessly boring when you're forced to listen to lectures about excercising rather than actually doing it.
Argh. Now I'm addicted to Farkle, peppermints, and Milk Duds. I'm definitely going to like it when PE actually starts up. Ryan made fun of me for taking the class, though. He told me it was "shameful". Which it is. It's mostly girls...but there are 2 guys. They look scared, excited, and bored out of their minds.
Blah. It was the most boring day of school I've ever had.
Hopefully this year will get better...but there's football on Saturday! How could I forget!
But we have to sacrifice a virgin to our star quarterback. It's the only way to keep him happy.
Hopefully it won't be me. I'll be busy.

Jelly Battle, ha ha ha

I'm a corporal! Take that!
I'm a sergeant!
But not a captain.
Well, now I am.
I guess I don't really get Pandemic at all.
It was really cute, the Sunday School classes came out and handed carnations to all the mothers for Mothers Day.
One of Mike's kids gave me a flower.
But I'm not a mother.
But that's okay.
Lol, the game Pandemic is completely awful, but sort of entertaining.

Planning will make it worse!!

One good thing has come from me being sick:
I've mastered Schwing State.
For the most part.
I got up to South Carolina, which is pretty great.

Colonel Brandon...
He's everything we could ever want...
He's rich, romantic, attentive...
...and is probably going to die soon.
I know, that's terrible.
But even though he was only 35 in the book, people back then didn't live past 45 often, so his happy ending with Marianne didn't last long.
Aaaah, my computer is making scary beeping noises!!!
With sort of a cha-cha beat....

False!!

You Are Biscotti

You are a very direct, honest person.

You don't have time for dramatics or emotional pleas.

You feel most comfortable in the intellectual realm, especially with science and technology.

You are good at understanding difficult subjects. Understanding people? Not so much.

"Intellectual" is probably one of that last words people would use to describe me.
Without really meaning to, I've become extremely excited about the upcoming "Sims 3". It doesn't even come out till February.
What would you most like for Christmas?
Twelve drummers drumming.
No, really.
That would be amazing.
We now have 9 and a half inches of snow, the most we've seen in this area for...9 years?? Ha. Alexis and I went sledding yesterday, then made a not-so-successful snow fort out of sleds, packed snow, and manpower.
2 DAYS TILL CHRISTMAS EVE! 3 DAYS TILL CHRISTMAS!!

You are Multicolored Lights

Your holidays are a time for cheer and excitement.

You love so much about the holidays, and everyone perks up a little from your happiness.

You try to be grateful for what you have this time of the year.

Even if things have been tough, you can't help but be joyful.

Robots are just as sympathetic

Have you ever wondered what one should do to acquire a shopping cart? How much do they cost? If you weren't going to steal one or pull one out of a dump, could you walk into a grocery store and ask for one? Or would you have to buy it? "Yes, well, I need a shopping cart to put all my personal belongings in."
My new coat looks like a trenchcoat. I look like Carmen Sandiego, only not as hot. I think everyone had a secret crush on Carmen. If they didn't, why would they spend so much looking for her?
Homeless people make me sad. Not, "Oh, wow, that's depressing, I'll go buy a coffee and sip melancholy-like", or, "Those pathetic losers, spending all their money on cigs," sad. A woman came up to me today sobbing because she didn't have any pads. She wanted $5 to go buy some and I FROZE.
Then I started to cry.
The ones with the shopping carts are so stoic, too, like, "Yeah, that's life." Some have dogs that look up dolefully at you, like, "Sure, it sucks, but I wouldn't want to be anywhere else."
I saw one a couple months ago who was holding a sign that said, "Anything helps, even a smile." It was weird and kind of touching to see an optimist who saw cheapskates walking by, smiling guiltily, and smiled back at them because anything DID help.
I only gave that woman a couple of cents.
I had a 5 dollar bill in my pocket.

PINK TEAM!!

PE was pretty intense today. We split into teams, and Alexis, Kevin, Tori, Sarah, and I were on the PINK team. We wore flamboyant jerseys and yelled, "PINK team!!" So you can tell it was fun for everyone else, too, lol. :P
We were also the "Muscular Strength" team. Yeaaah, strong...PINK team!!
Then Mr. Freeman had us play this soccer-ish game where we kicked the ball around and has to exercise the 5 components of fitness if we lost.
Corum bruised my shins SOOOO bad.
Kelsey practically tackled me to the ground.
Ben is hilarious. And he bought a chocolate bar off me. So he's pretty much my new best friend.
Ha, I love the pink team.

What Your Socks Say About You

You Are:

- Infinitely enchanting

- Simply amazing

- An incredible person

- A true star

I love how completely untrue those were.
Ugh, Sims 2 Prosperity Challenge is so LAME!! I have really big families that eat a lot and don't really do anything exciting.
And there are NO fortune OR romance Sims??
And there are too many elders. :P I tried playing with my first family, but nothing exciting happened, and all my Sims almost DIED because there weren't enough beds!! So I used "maxmotives". And I wasn't even sorry.
I sort of wasted my money on "Sims 2 H&M Fashion Stuff". Just clothes.
HISTORY WAS SO AMAZING!!! We had to make pyramids, and Maricel made one out of Starbursts and Pez!! It was pretty epic. And then she let us EAT IT!!
Then Ariel unveiled the pyramid cake she had made the night before, and let us eat THAT!!
Why is it that the best moments of my life involve food rather than people?
Hmmmm....
The chocolate bar sale is ON!! Cherrydale Farms. Heh. Pretty delicious. I've sold 19 so far. Only 23 more to go!!

Live long and be prosperous

The rain is back. I'm sort of enjoying it. Truth be told, I love it when it rains. I would sort of miss it if I moved to Pullman, where it never rains.
I can't wait for winter. We're not even all the way through fall, and I'm pumped for winter. I think it's my favorite season, followed by summer, then fall, then spring. Spring is just kind of lame. There's nothing really to look forward, besides prom (XP) and maybe Easter. And Spring Break, but after a lifetime of lame Spring Breaks, I no longer get excited about this break from school.
Aaagh this blog is so cool!! I want to be part of the Prosperity challenge, too!! This person has really beautiful Sims, though, with cool hair.
I think I'll wait until I get another expansion pack and some new hair.
Ooh, even the aliens are beautiful!!
Seriously, doesn't the Prosperity challenge sound FASCINATING??
Or titillating.
For complete rules, go here.

The Lord of the Flies strikes again

Jeff is too funny.
Today he talked about how guys and girls change a tire: girls don't do it right and the car falls on their hand, which results in a lot of owies (his words, not mine), while guys jump on the car and somehow break their kneecaps off.
Not knowing about cars, I'm not sure exactly how these injuries occurred.
Then a bee came into the room, scaring the crap out of Linzee, so Jeff said, "Get out of here, guy. You're bothering the ladies," and it LEFT.
Wow, he's like...Lord of the Flies.
Or Bees.
But "Lord of the Bees" doesn't sound nearly as cool.

You Are Black Tea

You have a bold personality. You're not afraid of simply being yourself.

You have the courage to speak the truth. You are fearless in your actions.

You come off as a bit intimidating and unapproachable. Only confident people are attracted to you.

You don't try to scare off anyone. You're just an intense person!

My Rent sims are coming along nicely. Mark married some random girl, who is now pregnant. Collins and Angel just adopted a boy they named Devil (I know, I was trying to be clever) and might adopt another one. Roger and Mimi are dating. Maureen and Joanne just got married and are also adopting. I haven't played with Benny and Alison since they had their baby because I'm scared the grandpa will die.

You Are Comic Sans

You are a nothing but a big goofball. You're quite playful and fun!

You're widely known for your zany personality and your vivacious attitude.

To say that you stand out in a crowd would be a definite understatement.

Remember that you are overwhelming at times and that people appreciate you best in small doses.

Chivalry isn't dead!!!

Vera Chapman's "The Green Knight" is too fantastic. The convent girl has to seduce Gawain. But he's too chivalrous!!! Yeah!!!
Practiced driving, it was cool.
William bought "Zoo Tycoon", but it's either not working or hard to figure out, judging by his irritable mood.
Found some browned bagles!!!
Wow.
If those are the most exciting things that have happened today, I lead a boring life.

Jailbait!!!

Mwahahaha, I got William addicted to "Avatar Prom", too.
Hahahaha.
But seriously, it's fun in a ridiculous way. "Fancy footwork move again!! Oh no, Dateless totally lost it! No one knows how to deal! Resisted! Power of Love!"
Yeah. It should have been called "Prom Wars".
Okay, it's weird, but when I got shopping with my mom, I become a completely different person. I start talking really loud and fast and dance and stuff in front of other customers. It's highly entertaining.
The line was really long at the comissary today, though, so my mom and I got stuck behind a militairy family with two REALLY CUTE kids. The dad was nice; he laughed at my Hannah Montana slam.
Then there was this guy who also happened to be in front of us, and, I don't know, he was pretty cute, and, being behind him, I had a very nice view.
But I walked in front of him to get ice cream and my mom said he was checking me out (yeaaaah! I love these shorts!), and then there was eye contact, so I was feeling REALLY good when we left the store.
But then we got home and I told my dad just to make him uncomfortable. Then I asked him, out of curiousity, if he happened to know what high school the mascot on the guy's shirt had been from.
My dad said he'd never heard of a high school with that mascot, but he did know of a well-known Washington college....
.....
.....
.....
.....
:O
Well, now.
I'm jailbait.

Shocking things can be rather shocking

AAAAAAAAAAH! I LOVE PRINCESS DIARIES SIMS!! I haven't moved anyone in yet, because I hate redecorating houses (or rather, I love it, but it takes SO LONG), and I haven't started working on the epic neighborhood story, but things are going good with the families I do have moved in. Helen and Philippe started out married, but broke up, and I'm trying to get Grandmere and Lars to move in with him. Mr. Gianini got Helen pregnant, so they're getting married, and Mia and Michael are going steady. Lilly and Mia are best friends, JP has a crush on Mia, but Lilly and Boris haven't met yet. Phew. I can't wait to see what lil Rocky looks like.
OMG I actually made the basketball team!!! They posted a list right after practice on Wednesday and I was on it!!! Sweet! Nobody has to quit to make room for me now! I'm pretty excited, but I missed practice yesterday, so I'll probably pay for it today.
Viking Jazz Festival = boring. There was this one high school that was really good, but the other bands weren't worth watching, so we just acted retarded and ate Paul's snackums (which is pretty much the most amazing word ever). Then there was a lot of fuss about the secret pocket, which was in his PANTS.
I heart Atreyu.
And Patrick Stump.
Patrick Stump Sim??
'twould be amazing.
Agh. I need a new word besides "amazing".
They extended the semester till Monday. :P Lame. Amanda's schedule got all screwed up and now she's switching out of English and getting a new lunch, so I'll practically NEVER see her. Dang.

I want to be forever young.

Aaargh I kind of hate that song. Whenever I hear it on Jack or something, I keep thinking of Mormon dances and Napoleon Dynamite.
A snow day!!! I was so convinced it wasn't going to be one (I've stopped looking out my window in case of disappointment). But it was. Yeaaaah.
I shouldn't be this excited, but I'm planning on making a new Sims 2 neighborhood full of Princess Diaries characters. Eeee. Sooo much drama. Only I'm not sure where everyone's going to live, because Mia has a million friends and I don't want to create individual families for all of them. I'm thinking JP, Ling Su, Perin, Lana, Josh, and Tina will all live with Principal Gupta.
At least I'm not making a Harry Potter neighborhood. Where would all the Weasleys live? Although Fred IS dead now, and Percy, Bill, and Charlie no longer live at home....
I just realized that George married Angelina, who I always thought would end up with Fred. Doesn't that make her off limits? No respect for the dead.

Hilary Swank makes me want to barf.

I thought "P.S. I Love You" looked cheesy but sort of interesting, but apparently it really sucks. Lol, A&E had a really funny movie review, though. "Tonight, we all dine in hell."
Soooo Winter Break has been fun so far. It's weird, though, because it doesn't really feel like Christmas. Maybe because last year was so weird...I don't know. But I went "Christmas shopping" with my mom and William (really, we just looked around and hinted about what we wanted) and seeing all the Santas in swimsuits and hideous reindeer sort of reminded me...oh, Christmas is in 4 days. Actually, Christmas Eve is in 3 days, and we've decided to open our presents then, soooo.... Dang, I know like everything that I'm getting, though. I think I should be more excited about getting a bass. I don't know. I'm scared that I'll suck at it, cuz all the bass players I know are really good and I'm not stellar at string instruments. I keep hearing that bass is different, but still.
I love blueberry muffins!
Yay for the Sims! So far my Avalon families are doing nicely and I'm trying to get Adriane and Zach to have 6 kids, hopefully twins, but I don't have "Open for Business", so some of the twin cheats are unavailable. Oh well. I just have a weird obsession with fulfilling all Sims' life goals. Kara's kids look black, but they have green skin. Marcus is so adorable, though. (It's sad, I had to name her second son after a guy she had a crush on in the series???) Yeah, I'm a nerd.
Ummmm...working on 2007 playlist. But not really. I was thinking "Start of Something New" as the first song, because my 14th birthday seemed so promising, but I don't know now. Maybe something birthday related??
Do do do do do do.
I have to go do some Honors Society stuff. Yay, watch little kids whilst eating candy and watching movies!!! Wonder what we're watching.
I love Anchorblue.

Orchestra is lame. Oooooooh.

Yeah, we had a practice with the orchestra yesterday, and it went badly.
Pizza was delicious today.
"Hey, Lauren, that pizza sure looks lonely."
"Well, so do you, but you can't have any."
Yay, I made a complex sentence.
Although John often forgot to put on his pants, he was a very nice boy with a wonderful singing voice.
Stayed after school to help set up for the concert, so I didn't get home until 1:15 or so. Then Paul, Alexis, and I just sat around in the bandroom talking and Mr. Faxon got mad. Apparently I can't play bass because I'm white and I'm not Connor, who's also Mexican. Hm....
I have that "Shut Up" song by Simple Plan stuck in my head.
What would you say if you peeled off roughly half of the skin on your head? Just wondering.
Hm hm hm. I wonder how the Sims are.
It would be weird to make a family modeled after my own...but it would be kind of cool. I would make William a toddler, Nathan a teen, and myself a kid, because then I'd still be able to customize features. Aaargh, don't you hate it when your Sim has like 5 babies that ALL LOOK THE SAME!! Michele and Elodie look exactly alike as toddlers, and the three youngest have the same skin color (dark), while Amelie has light skin. ???
Forget Veronaville.
Mmm, spritz cookies.
Ha. Now William's Sim AND his wife are pregnant. Lol.

Wednesday, December 05, 2007

The future has arrived.

Awwww, "Meet the Robinsons" was SOOOO GOOD. I saw a lot of it coming, but it was really funny and the end was fantabulously creative (I wanted to use an adjective other than "so"). THE FROGS!!!!! It made me cry, tho.
Aaagh, speaking of movies, we had to watch this MESSED UP movie in French today. It was called "My Mother's Castle", and the kid was obsessed with his summer home in the country, and then he met a girl with round calves who made him do weird things.
I think I'm addicted to Sims 2. Yesterday = 5 hours. Today = 3 hours. I'm getting better. I'm dealing only with my French family, but they're having another baby, and they had a second child, who's adorable. I just need to think up another French name. Olivier was my last resort.
Mr. Campbell made me, Tim, Ariel, Dylan, and Jessi stay after school to finish a lab. Ours finally landed in the cup after Mr. Campbell let us sort of cheat and adjust it so it reacted to the curve. It landed in the middle of the cup...and bounced out. At least we got the distance perfect. :P
Do do do do do do. No good books lately. "Pride and Prejudice" is SOOOOO boring. They're just talking about Jane and Mr. Bingley, bla bla bla. EEEEE I GOT "SNAKECHARM" FROM THE LIBRARY! Okay, one thing: Danica's pregnant? I guess she and Zane have been busier than we thought....

Tuesday, December 04, 2007

Les Antoinette sont amusant.

Yay, I bought "Sims 2" with my hard earned allowance. Yeah, it's about time, I guess, lol. It's pretty sweet. I only have one family, and they're French. Surprise, surprise. The parents have (or had) this really adorable kid, but then it grew up. :P I'm trying to get them to have kids, but William kept watching me play. Aargh, it was like, "Go away, trying to make babies here." It's a lot better than the first one (which I'm probably gonna sell on ebay I guess?), but a lot harderish because you actually have goals. Trying to get my own music on the game, but the cheat is quite complicated and I'd rather not.
Do do do do.
Ha, school got cancelled. Not for my dad, though. It sucks that there's so much flooding, though; Brendan's house got flooded. I HAAATE Washington.
Madison Finn!
OMG I made the best CD ever. I finally found some other songs that would fit on my version of the "Maximum Ride" soundtrack, and it's pretty amazing, if I do say so myself.
1. "The Flight", Classic Crime (Because they fly...duh....)
2. "Dive", Disciple (It was talking about diving off cliffs and lacking physical exhaustion, which describes the Flock to a T.)
3. "Smells Like Teen Spirit", Nirvana (Max is such a little rebel)
4. "Calm Before the Storm", Fall Out Boy
5. "Everyone Like Me", Thousand Foot Krutch
6. "Revolution", Dizmas (I don't know, would be really cool during a fight scene...)
7. "The One Thing I Have Left", Hawk Nelson (ditto)
8. "The Only One", Evanescence (Now that it's on there, I have no clue why I chose it.)
9. "Of Wolf and Man", Metallica (For Ari, lol)
10. "Doomsday", Atreyu
11. "Sea of Angels", Plus One (makes more sense than Evanescence, but not much)
12. "Your Guardian Angel", The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus (for the scene where Max kisses Fang...aww, so cute.)
Ronnie Winter is my new best friend. When he sees my smile, tears run down his face. Even though that's kind of weird and creepy. Actually, I'm not even sure that's a good thing.

Friday, November 30, 2007

I will never move again.

So today was our Leadership Summit, and I got to SKIP ALL MY CLASSES!!! I also got donuts and a lot of good food. But the theme was "Unity" and stuff, so they got all kinds of food, and I ate SO MUCH. Like, 5 pieces of pizza and a bunch of puffy chicken. And I was still HUNGRY. Thanks a lot, Dominoes. But there were like 84 pizzas and we only ate a few.
Diversity training was kind of preachy, but pretty fun. I got to meet people and talk to them one on one instead of being forced into a group.
I also won THE SPIRIT STICK!! It's in my locker. Heheheh free T-shirt. And it didn't matter that I forgot my ASB t-shirt because I wore the black one all day anyway.
Wow, I have even more holds at the library. So many books, lol.
"P. S. Longer Letter Later" is still my favorite book. I first read it in 3rd grade and it's still really good. Should be a classic, but no.
SANDWICH COOKING GAME!
Aaagh, Mrs. Sims. It's a little hard for me to turn in my letters when you still have my BOOK JOURNAL! I finally found it and SHE HADN'T EVEN LOOKED AT MY LETTERS!! :P
I'm reading "Wind and the Willows" for my next book report. Lol, Mole does not wear pants. And Rat eats a lot, too.

Sunday, November 18, 2007

The early bird gets the Krispy Kremes.

"Who Needs Air" is still my favorite song. Lol.
I'm addicted to andkon games.
I posted a new Madison Finn book if anyone cares. It's Thanksgiving themed. How nice.
Ew, "Dreamcatcher" is totally grossing me out. I got to page 225 on Friday and haven't read it since. It's NASTY. And my favorite character died already. Not only that, I couldn't sit on a toilet all yesterday. I'm not even a guy and I was worried about aliens in the toilet and ruptured testicles.
I also read a really lame book that was by the person who wrote "Saving Zoe", which was also lame. I hate it when a book has a lot of hype and then it sucks.
I'm up way early. I almost didn't wake up. Okay, it's almost 9:00 AM, but this is early for me.
I actually finished all my homework. :O shocking. I hate English, though. Least favorite class. Even more so than science and math.

Monday, October 22, 2007

I'M WAITING TO SHOW YOU

Lol. "Wishes and Dreams" is like my favorite song ever. Besides "Lead Sail (and a Paper Anchor" and what not. FOREVER WE COULD BE, SOMEDAY YOU WILL FIND ME IN ALL YOUR WISHES AND DREAMS! Hm, this person is quite sure of himself. Reminds me somewhat of Cartel. Wow, de ja vu.
I learned tons of new French today, including making things plural. In French class, however, we've gone through about 3 pages of the chapter in a week. :P I read the entire chapter, but I'm not going to start the third one yet because I read some of it and I understood NOTHING. So I'm back where I started. Oh well. Now I know how to refer to groups of people. I don't feel like typing in French today. I want to disagree with someone, though. Heh. We get to do that tomorrow and I get to say, "MAUVAISE!!"
Listening to my secret band, ho hum.
I still love "Wishes and Dreams". That song lets me sleep at night. Because everyone knows a harsh fit of laughter makes you sleep better.
I finally got good at Donkey Kong. I'm at the Monkey Mines. Party on.
Dogs are pretty great. Office is great. Cuz all I did was practice French in the lovely quiet.
I HAAAATE "The Subtle Knife". I've read "The Golden Compass" like three times, but I tried to read "The Subtle Knife" in 7th grade and it was SOOOO boring. I'm reading it again, but AAAAAAAAAGH. I wish Philip Pullman had left Will out of the picture and skipped straight to "The Amber Spyglass", which I have not read.
Lol. Matt White is my background. He has very Garrett-Hedlund-as-Jack-from-"Four-Brothers"-y hair. It's pretty nice.
Lol. I really wish I could somehow have that conversation with someone of the male persuasion. It would be pretty hilarious. But no. It will stay in my brain forever. It was funny. Too bad.
Our eyes were locked....
DJs make my HEART ACHE!

Contradicted by underwear

Yeah. So last night wasn't so bad. I still can't dance, tho. Yeaaaah. :( And I missed "Girlfriend" and "Makes Me Wonder" because I was busy talking to my dad. All he did was man the inflatable slide for 3 hours. :P Sounds...fun. Agh. I hate inflatables so much. I honestly cannot stand them. Hate hate hate.
Um um um um dogs.
A guy in my science class was hitting on me. It was pretty weird/uncomfortable/stalkery.
Do do do.
My dad bought me a Snickers and some Sprite. He can't tell the difference between Sprite and Sierra Mist. There's a huge difference.
I woke up like an hour ago. Sad.
I was playing Donkey Kong Country but I can't figure out how to jump off the vines. Seriously. It's sad, but I can't do it. WHAT BUTTON DO YOU PRESS???
Dad was talking to Nathan for like a long time, but not on his cellphone, so I was telling him to get off, and he thought I wanted to talk to Nathan. No. I mean, he didn't know how to beat Yoshi Island 3. He's dead to me. Sort of. Yeah. HOW DO YOU JUMP OFF THAT STUPID CLIFF??
So I'll just sit here and play Donkey Kong and Mario and read Pony Pals and stuff all day long. Hurray for Saturdays and Carebear underwear.
